These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 58qcom ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") governing all use of the 58qcom website, mobile application and associated services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered on the 58qcom platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, football betting, baccarat, poker, online casino games and all promotional offers. Separate product-specific rules may exist for certain games and competitions; where those rules conflict with these Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for the relevant activity.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 58qcom platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Important: These Terms are written in English and governed in the context of operations directed at Pakistani users. All monetary values referenced in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
To use the 58qcom platform, you must register an account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a secure password, and accurate personal information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is truthful, current and complete.
The following eligibility conditions must be met to create and maintain a 58qcom account:
58qcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to a copy of a CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 58qcom customer support immediately via the in-app contact channels.
58qcom is strictly an 18+ platform. We take our responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 58qcom conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
Where an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the depositing payment method where technically feasible. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

All transactions on the 58qcom platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to verification review.
58qcom currently accepts the following deposit methods:
Deposits must originate from a payment account that belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account review. 58qcom does not accept deposits in cash or via any unverified payment channel.
If a deposit fails to credit within the expected timeframe, you should contact 58qcom customer support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to re-deposit the same amount before confirming with support, as duplicate deposits will require manual reversal.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through the 58qcom account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your account. Bonus funds and deposit funds are tracked separately in your 58qcom wallet. Only real-money cash balance is withdrawable at any time without condition; bonus balance becomes withdrawable once wagering requirements are met.
58qcom reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies equally to all players. The verification process typically requires submission of a CNIC photograph. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
Withdrawal tip: To ensure the fastest possible withdrawal, keep your identity verification documents ready in advance. Players who complete verification before requesting their first withdrawal experience zero additional delay.
58qcom offers a range of bonuses and promotions including a welcome deposit bonus, reload bonuses, accumulator boosts, cashback offers and the referral programme. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to a 58qcom account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each specific bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, a default of 5x applies to the bonus amount.
Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must generally be met through real-money bets placed on sports betting markets (cricket, football) or casino games. Free spins winnings and bonus bets placed on certain restricted game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — this is specified in individual offer terms.
Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any unused bonus balance and any associated pending wagering requirement that has not been completed by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. The standard expiry period is 30 days unless stated otherwise.
One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless 58qcom expressly states otherwise for a particular promotion. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an existing one may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
Abuse Prevention: 58qcom monitors bonus activity for indicators of abuse including but not limited to: arbitrage betting using bonus funds, bonus claiming via multiple accounts, and structured wagering designed to meet requirements without genuine engagement with the platform. Where abuse is detected, 58qcom reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings and close the account.
Referral Programme: The 58qcom referral programme is governed by these Terms and by the specific referral programme terms displayed in the Refer a Friend section of the platform. Each successful qualifying referral earns Rs 2,000 credited to the referrer's wallet. The referred player must register via the unique referral link, make a minimum qualifying deposit and place their first real-money bet for the referral to qualify.
All sports bets placed on 58qcom are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules for cricket, football and other sports are available within the respective betting sections of the platform.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your wallet balance. 58qcom reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion prior to acceptance, including bets that exceed displayed market limits.
Odds Changes: Pre-match odds may change between the time you request a bet and the time it is processed. 58qcom will notify you of any material odds change before confirming your bet. You may accept the revised odds or decline the bet with your stake returned.
In-Play Betting: Bets placed during live matches are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet placement, subject to final processing confirmation. In-play bets may be refused during periods of high market volatility following significant events such as goals, wickets or red cards.
Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. 58qcom uses official scorecards, match reports and results published by ICC, FIFA, the relevant league authority or their designated data provider.
Void Bets: A bet may be voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours; the match does not reach a conclusive result recognised by the governing body; a market error results in clearly incorrect odds being published. Void bets are settled at 1.00 (stake returned).
Maximum Payout: Individual market maximum payouts apply and are displayed within each market. Where a bet or combination of bets would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum, the payout is capped at the maximum amount.
All casino and table games on 58qcom — including slots, baccarat, poker, live dealer games and fishing games — are governed by the individual game rules provided within the game interface, in addition to these general terms.
RNG and Fair Play: All 58qcom casino games that use a random number generator (RNG) employ certified, independently tested RNG software. The outcomes of all such games are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor including player identity, bet size or time of play.
Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting a game outcome, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. 58qcom does not accept liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. If you experience a suspected malfunction, you should stop playing and contact customer support immediately with the game session details.
Disconnection: If you are disconnected from a casino game mid-round due to a network failure on your end, 58qcom's system will complete the round automatically according to the game's standard rules. The outcome and any resulting settlement will be reflected in your bet history upon reconnection.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer baccarat and other live table games are hosted in real time via streaming. The results of these games are determined by physical means (real cards, wheels) and are therefore final upon completion of each round. Bets placed after the "No More Bets" announcement are not accepted regardless of their apparent status in the interface.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 58qcom will communicate the reason and expected timeframe to the account holder via the registered contact details where possible. Players whose accounts have been suspended without cause may submit an appeal via support@58qcom.app with supporting documentation.
Upon permanent account closure, any remaining real-money cash balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to investigation) will be returned to the verified payment method associated with the account, subject to standard verification and anti-money-laundering procedures.
58qcom collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at 58qcom.app/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and account operation — including name, mobile number, payment details and betting history — is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and customer support. 58qcom does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

58qcom provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect platform availability. 58qcom will use reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled downtime in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58qcom's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the value of your account balance at the time of the relevant incident. 58qcom accepts no liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of anticipated winnings or profits.
58qcom does not accept liability for losses arising from: decisions made by a player while voluntarily using the platform; changes in odds between bet request and acceptance; events outside of our reasonable control including acts of nature, government action, third-party payment processor failures or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
58qcom reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, 58qcom will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via in-platform notification or registered contact details. The updated Terms will be effective from the date displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the 58qcom platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes made.
