Your 58qcom Login – Everything You Need to Know

How to log in to 58qcom. Enter the mobile number you registered with and your password, then click "Log In to My Account." If you enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you will be prompted for a verification code sent to your mobile. That is all there is to it. The process takes about 10 seconds on a good connection.
OTP login — the easier option for many players. If you would rather not type your password, the OTP login method lets you enter just your mobile number. 58qcom sends a six-digit one-time password to your registered number and you are in. This is particularly convenient on mobile, where typing a complex password can be fiddly. The OTP expires after two minutes, so enter it promptly.
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot password?" on the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and 58qcom will send a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password. The reset link expires after 15 minutes. If you do not receive it, check that you are using the mobile number you registered with, and contact support@58qcom.app if the problem persists.
Account locked after failed login attempts. For your security, 58qcom temporarily locks your account after five consecutive failed login attempts. The lockout lasts 30 minutes and then clears automatically. If you need immediate access, contact the 58qcom support team via live chat or email and they will verify your identity and restore access.
Keep your login credentials secure. Your 58qcom username and password are personal. Never share them with anyone — including people who claim to be 58qcom staff. The 58qcom support team will never ask for your password. If you receive a message asking for your login details, it is not from 58qcom. Report it to support@58qcom.app immediately.
Using "Keep me logged in." The "Keep me logged in" checkbox saves your session on the device you are using. This is convenient for your personal phone, but you should not use it on a shared or public device. If you have left a session open on another device, you can close it remotely through Account Settings → Active Sessions.
Two-factor authentication (2FA). Enabling 2FA adds a second layer of security to your 58qcom account. After enabling it in Account Settings → Security, every login will require a code sent to your registered mobile in addition to your password. This means that even if someone else gets hold of your password, they cannot access your account without also having your phone. 58qcom strongly recommends enabling 2FA, especially if you carry a significant PKR balance in your account.
Login on mobile vs. desktop. The 58qcom platform works on both mobile browsers and desktop. The login process is identical on both. For the smoothest mobile experience, add the 58qcom website to your home screen as a Progressive Web App — it loads faster than a browser tab and gives you a near-native app experience without a separate download.
Account suspended or restricted? If you attempt to log in and see a message that your account has been restricted or suspended, contact support@58qcom.app with your registered mobile number and the support team will explain the reason and guide you through resolution. Common reasons for account restrictions include incomplete identity verification, responsible gaming self-exclusion, or a routine security check — most are resolved quickly.
